1.How many connections can one vpn username have?
Answer: One vpn username can have 10 connections at the same time on any kind of device.

2.Does the accounts have unlimited bandwidth?
Answer: We do not log, so we don’t know how much bandwidth is used, so yes its unlimited.

3.How many days can a VPN product provide a refund service?
Answer: Annually paid products can be refunded within 30 days.

4.Can VPN products provide trials?
Answer: In order to prevent abuse, we do not provide a free trial, but you can purchase a 1-day VPN product for trial. The trial product is exactly the same as the officially purchased VPN.

5.Are VPN products automatically activated?
Answer: Yes, it is automatically activated after payment.

6.How do I connect to the VPN?
Answer: After purchasing the product, there are two ways to connect to the VPN. The first is to use the OpenVPN program to import the key at the activation product to enter the connection; the second is to use the VPNClient program we developed to connect. These connection software will be downloaded in the download at the activation product. If you cannot access the Internet locally after connecting with VPNClient, please refer to this link to modify the local DNS to automatically identify DNS to restore the Internet.

7.P2P and torrents on what servers?

14. What should I do if the access speed is slow when using VPN?
Answer: We have deployed hundreds of VPN servers in different regions of the world. You can switch ports/protocols in the software or try to connect to different servers closer to your location for access, which can completely solve this problem.
